Centralized Database

A Centralized database is an unionised collection knowledge|of knowledge} or data that is found and maintained in one location from numerous points. it's totally different from a distributed database since all information is mostly placed in one place from multiple places.







The advantages of the information being centralised
  •     easier to organize, edit, update and back-up the info
  •     less information duplication - information is just entered once however are often accessed by several users
  •  information integrity - because information is hold on once totally different information isn't any longer control in numerous databases in numerous departments round the organisation

The impact on an organisation of employing a centralised information are often large. It will greatly increase productivity and potency.
